I'm Danilo, a product builder based in São Paulo. I co-founded Groselia, where I lead product, design and technology.

My first job was in customer service at Sabesp, answering questions about water bills. It taught me to listen before explaining, and the money I saved helped pay for university. A marketing internship came next, where I saw how much of content work is the same task done over and over, a problem I came back to years later.

At IBM Client Engineering I learned to run discovery with enterprise clients and turn what we heard into prototypes within weeks. At Brex I learned how money actually moves, and how to find the manual work hiding inside an operation.

Groselia is where it all comes together: a two-person team, no playbook, and a platform I designed and built from the database up. Across every role my focus has stayed the same: understand the business, identify where technology can create value, and take ownership of turning that opportunity into something people can use.
